Shipping

• We provide 2 methods of shipping the parts to you - Air freight or Sea freight
• Sea freight estimated delivery time : 3-4 weeks
• Air freight estimated delivery time : 5-10 days

It will be your responsibility for clearance of goods from Sri Lankan customs.


Refund Policy - Damaged Parts

You are covered by PayPal. Before a refund can be issued, please follow the steps below

1. Notify customs at clearance and get the relevant forms detailing the damage.

2. Contact either our UK or Sri Lankan representative


Faulty Parts

All used parts are checked thoroughly for any faults and defects.

No refund will be issued under any circumstances for used parts.

Cancellation Policy

When the quotation is accepted and paid for, cancellation is only accepted within 24 hours.

It must be done by PHONE CALL either to the UK or Sri Lankan representative.
